The 5 Reiki principles are helpful guide to live your life in peace.   

It is especially helpful if you can remind yourself  when you are starting to have a scattered mind.   It will lead you to have a healthier and loving way of living when this principle becomes part of you!  

日々の出来事に振り回されて心がざわついてきた時にふと5戒を見るとハッとさせられます。​私にレイキを伝授してくれた先生は今日だけはのところを今だけはと置き換えて使っています。それも心が楽になるいい方法ですね。
